She was born in a small town, and she first moved when she was just about six months old, to a place by the sea. There she learned to swim like a fish, but dreamed of flying like a seagull - to find out what could be beyond that horizon line that she saw every day through her window.
She enjoyed reading. In fact, she read a lot. By the age of eight, she had already travelled the world, across different countries, magical hills, forests and 'Neverlands'. "I'm going to write a book," assertive girl, she was. Proudly puffing out her chest, with determination, she would devote after school hours to writing in her little yellow notebook.
But once started, she would never finish her tales. And so she lived until she became a grown woman. A dreamer. And yes, she managed to visit places she had never seen. But, sadly, they weren't as magical as in her childhood dreams. The bitter taste of adulthood... She never stopped thinking about the horizon line after all.
At some point, she realized that that magic was nowhere to be found, but within.
The tale? Well, she is still working on it. It became a never-ending tale, as her passion resides in the minds and hearts of many daring 'young girls'.
Many modern shows end on a cliffhanger to entice you to watch a new series. It's addictive and most of us can't help but be trapped by the bait. Why is that? Maybe it's because we don't want the story to end. Maybe that's how we feel about our own personal stories too.
Alivre’s tale is still in development but her work already speaks for itself. Check out her impressive portfolio.
